The second time someone tried to kill me I was ten. His name was Jim, but the truth is I tried to kill him first. This is the story that started it all. The Court Jester is essentially three stories in one, with an intro about the area along the Saint Lawrence River and the cover image. A school play, an encounter with Child Protective Services, and the final battle with Jim that started Heather’s journey to writing about her environment at a very young age through journals and scribbles in diaries.
