The Jester’s Ruse

When the king is murdered, it’s no laughing matter.

Noam’s life in the kingdom’s poorest neighborhood leaves him with little other than cracking jokes at the local tavern and gazing longingly at Willa, a mysterious local girl. But one magic night against a rival jokester catches the attention of one of the kingdom’s most revered figures, the king’s court jester, Scrabble.

As Noam dreams of escaping his dreary life and making it big with the kingdom’s elite in the castle, it all comes crashing down when the king is murdered while sitting on his throne…during Noam’s big performance. Now it’s a race to figure out what happened.
